Q: How often should I wash my car?
A: In general, you should wash your car once a week or so. However, it depends on your personal preference and whether or not your car requires a wash. If it gets particularly dirty from road grime or mud, then wash it. If you keep it in the garage and drive it only occasionally, you can go much longer between washings.

Q: Can I wash a car that’s hot?
A: You shouldn't wash a hot car if you want it to be streak free. A car that's warm to the touch will dry faster, allowing water spots to form quickly. If you recently drove your car, or if it's been sitting in the sun for a while, you may want to wait a while before washing it.

Q: What is the difference between Clay Bar and Autoscrub and how to maintain Autoscrub
A: Autoscrub will lasts up to 10 times longer than clay bars
Unlike the clay bar, the AUTOSCRUB can be cleaned by simply rinsing off the accumulated contaminates with water.
No need to reshape the Autoscrub before, after or during use.
The AUTOSCRUB wont scratch your paint once it's time to replace it.

To keep the Autoscrub last longer, Break the Autoscrub with warm (not hot) lubricant before every use.
Keep the autoscrub in a shade place away from the sun facing up.
Don't use Autoscrub on a hot serface or on ice cold surface.

Q: Can I pick up my order at Nanoskin location?
A: If you placed the order using our website and wish to pick up your items in person, make sure to call before placing the order.
Your shipping fees will be refunded to you once you have picked up the order.

Q: What should I do if I haven't received my order?
A: Once your order is marked as Delivered, we recomend to wait 1 business day before contacting us, sometimes the shipping company will deliver the package after marking it as shipped.

Q: How can I add/subtract items after placing my order?
A: If you need to modify your order, please call our customer service right away, we can make any changes to your order over the phone.

Q: What should I do if my items arrived damaged?
A: We're checking each package before shipping it, unfortunately damage during transit can happened, if you received your item damaged,
please email us with your order number and few pictures of your damaged item and we'll replace your item for free. - our email is Nanoskin@nanoskinusa.com
