All merchandise is shipped via selected Fedex service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.
California Residents-Please note: Packages shipped within California will arrive in one to two business day via Standard Fedex ground service. It is not necessary to pay for any type of express service.
Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Custom items cannot be expedited.
Exactly when will my package be delivered?
Fedex Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Fedex Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
Please note that the Fedex Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via Fedex Shipment Notification, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please e-mail us.
Shipping on international orders will vary. We ask that international customers place an order on the website and choose International Shipping for the shipping option. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or tariffs.
We cannot control delivery times to international destinations.
We cannot ship aerosol products or custom items internationally.
International orders can ONLY ship to the billing address.
We can not be responsible for damaged packages once they leave the freight forwarder.
