If requesting a warranty repair a prepaid return label will be sent from a carrier email address (FedEx or UPS) If you do not receive a label within 1 business day of your request please contact the customer service desk by email at nanoskin@nanoskinusa.com

For non-warranty repairs

please ship your tool to the following address using the carrier of your preference:
