Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, call us toll free at 1-877-707-6688 ext. 0100 to receive a Return Material Authorization and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
All "Free Shipping Offers" will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

Who pays for return shipping costs?
NANOSKIN covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid Fedex label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or NANOSKIN error will not be provided with a pre-paid Fedex return label. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product".
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.
Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please call us at 1-877-707-6688 ext. 0100 and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Material Authorization, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
